First and foremost, every student receives a tailor-made training routine, carefully designed according to their technical ability, physical fitness level, and personal goals. Our trainers carefully assess each individual's progress regularly to adjust routines and ensure continuous improvement.

Morning Training

The day kicks off at 6:15 AM with an energizing run along the beautiful sandy beach, soaking up the stunning and serene sunrise views. This run not only helps build stamina and endurance but also promotes mental clarity and sets a positive tone for the entire day. Immediately after, it’s straight back to camp for the day’s first Muay Thai training session at 7:00 AM, which focuses on technique drills, conditioning, and skill-building exercises.

All Muay Thai workouts, including the morning beach runs, are supervised by experienced trainers who provide personal attention, correct form, and ensure that each student progresses safely and effectively.

Regeneration and relax

Post-training, it’s practically a ritual to immerse yourself in the resort’s inviting pool nestled among towering palm trees, lush greenery, and tropical flowers. This refreshing swim provides the perfect opportunity for muscle recovery, relaxation, and a well-deserved sense of accomplishment. Afterward, step out, enjoy a soothing shower, and then head straight to breakfast.

Refueling Time

At 9:00 AM, breakfast awaits with a delicious selection of fresh, local fruits such as papaya, mango, pineapple, watermelon, and banana, accompanied by protein-rich boiled eggs, yogurt, and whole-grain bread. At 11:00 AM, we serve a nutritious and clean lunch featuring authentic, revised Thai-style cuisine carefully prepared to support your training and health goals, without any added sugar, oil, or artificial additives.

Rest & Chill Before Training

After lunch, students have ample time and options to relax, whether enjoying peaceful moments at the picturesque beach, lounging comfortably poolside, reading a book in the shade, or simply socializing with fellow students. Alternatively, some might prefer catching a nap to recharge fully for the intensive and challenging afternoon training session ahead.

Night Time

Dinner is served at 7:00 PM in our cozy and welcoming relaxation area, where students gather to enjoy a balanced and nourishing meal designed specifically for recovery and replenishment. Afterward, it’s time to unwind, share experiences, or simply relax quietly. Typically, by 9:00 to 10:00 PM, all guests are ready for a restful night’s sleep to ensure optimal recovery for the next day.

Training sessions are held from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday designated as a complete rest day, ideal for exploring local attractions, leisurely activities, or complete relaxation. Exceptions apply only for private classes or professional fighters rigorously training for upcoming competitions.

Every student at our camp, regardless of skill or experience level, receives equal attention, care, and respect during training. The only real limit to learning and improvement is your personal determination, commitment, and the consistent effort you’re willing to invest in each training session.
