Read our policies carefully before booking. These guidelines ensure a safe, respectful environment for all guests and help your stay run smoothly from check-in to check-out.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
To confirm your room reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We have a strict NO-REFUND POLICY, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Date Changes
Date changes are possible if requested at least 1 month in advance and will incur a 20% date change fee. The new date can be rescheduled for up to 1 year from the original booking date.
The final date confirmation must be provided no later than 3 months before check-in.
No-Show Policy
Failure to communicate a date change will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for date changes or refunds.
Check-in/Out Policy
A deposit of 600 THB will be required upon check-in.
Check-in: 15:00 (3 PM) to 23:00 (11 PM)
Early or late check-in may be granted based on availability and at the discretion of the staff or management. For check-ins before 12:00 (midday), an additional day will be charged, subject to availability.
Check-in is not available from 00:00 to 07:00.
Check-out: 11:00 (11 AM)
Late check-out requests are subject to availability and the discretion of the staff or management. For check-outs after 14:00 (2 PM), an additional day will be charged, depending on availability.
Please inform us in advance if you plan to check out after 21:00 (9 PM).
If you have already booked a flight arriving after 21:00 (9 PM) or before 05:00 (5 AM), please notify us well in advance so we can help find the best possible solution.
Reception and camp access hours
Our office and reception operate from 09:00 to 19:00 (9 AM to 7 PM).
Please note that the camp doors close at 22:00 (10:00 PM), and entry or exit will not be possible until 06:30 (6:30 AM) the following morning.
For guests needing to enter or exit the camp during closing hours, we kindly advise requesting a key for the door during office hours only.
Air Conditioning
The air conditioning cost is calculated based on a monthly average. Therefore, a daily fee of 200 Baht applies for each day of your stay.
We recommend requesting air conditioning upon arrival. If you request it later during your stay, the price will still be based on the total number of days. For example, if you stay for 14 days and request air conditioning on the 10th day, the total cost will remain 2,800 Baht, the same as if it had been requested at the time of booking.

Shared Room Rules
Please take note of the following guidelines during your stay at our Muay Thai camp:
Restricted Access
Our camp is private property, accessible only to registered guests and members. For security and communal harmony, strangers are not permitted inside the camp, including rooms and the pool area.
Respectful Conduct
As part of our community, it’s important to respect fellow guests. Any disturbance or disruption will result in a warning. After the initial warning, you will be required to either move to a single room (if available) or leave the camp without a refund.
Quiet Hours
Rest periods are observed from 11:00 to 14:30 (11 AM to 2:30 PM) and after 21:00 (9 PM). During these times, we kindly request minimal noise, including refraining from using mobile phones or computers inside shared rooms.
Safety Measures
Please return to the camp before 21:00 (9 PM), when the doors are locked for security reasons. Climbing over the fence is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences. If you need to enter or exit during closing hours, please request a key for the door during office hours only.
Cultural Habits
In accordance with Thai tradition, please remove your shoes before entering rooms. Shoes and flip-flops should be placed in the designated areas, with running shoes kept separately to prevent odors.
No Smoking or Alcohol
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited throughout the camp, including rooms, toilets, pool, and relaxation areas.
Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
Toilet Use
Please do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet, as the Thai plumbing system is not designed for it and may clog.
Energy Conservation
When leaving your room, ensure that lights, air conditioning, and fans are turned off. Please switch off the bathroom fan when not in use.
Laundry Service
We offer an affordable laundry service. Place your dirty clothes in the yellow bag provided upon arrival, labeled with your name. Ask the staff about the designated drop-off location.
Washing personal clothing within the camp premises is strictly prohibited.
Computer and Mobile Phones
Devices cannot be used during designated rest times, as stated above. If you need to use your phone or PC during these hours, please do so in the designated relaxation area.
Please report any room irregularities, malfunctions, or unwanted behavior from other guests. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Food
Food is permitted only in the relaxation area.
Please note that meals are served only to guests who are physically present at the camp during designated meal times. It is not possible to reserve or save meals for later.
Guests staying in shared rooms without refrigerators may store a minimal amount of food in the common fridge, limited to essential items for one day only. A 24-hour 7-Eleven is nearby, where you can purchase anything you need daily.
