Novice

If you’ve never trained Muay Thai before, this is where you start.

Most of our guests arrive with zero experience. Some have never stepped into a gym before.

This level is built to introduce you step by step, with clear guidance from the trainers from the very first session.

What your training will look like?

The focus is building the foundations properly.

You will learn:

  • Basic stance and movement
  • How to punch and kick with correct technique
  • Simple defense (blocking and positioning)
  • Coordination, balance, and timing
  • How to train safely with a partner

The goal is to understand, improve, and feel comfortable from the beginning.

Will it be too hard?

Training is demanding, even at this level.

Most people feel the intensity from the first session, and that’s part of the process.

Every session is structured and guided, so you always know what to do and how to improve.

You are encouraged to give your best, at your own pace.

That’s how progress starts.

Most people in this level are completely new to training or coming back after a long break.

Will I train with fighters?

Yes.

Fighters train in the same environment and are part of the daily atmosphere.

Training is structured so you work with the right partners and progress step by step.

Being around fighters helps you understand the rhythm of Muay Thai and gives you a clear reference from the beginning.

Many beginners find this one of the most motivating parts of their experience.

Daily structure

  • 2 sessions per day (morning and afternoon)

Between sessions, recovery becomes part of the routine. Most guests relax by the pool or spend time at the nearby beach.

Evenings are free.
