Beginner

If you have tried Muay Thai, boxing, or fitness training before, this is your starting point.

You may already know some basics. This level helps you connect them and build real structure.

What your training will look like?

The focus is building consistency and confidence.

You will work on:

  • Improving your guard and footwork
  • Punches and combinations
  • Kicks, knees, and elbows (basic level)
  • Partner drills and controlled exercises
  • Introduction to clinch work

Movements start to connect and feel more natural.

Will it be too hard?

Training will challenge you.

You will feel the intensity, and your body will adapt quickly.

Every session is structured and guided, so you always know what to do and how to improve.

Progress comes from consistency, not comparison.

Most people in this level have trained before, but not consistently.

Will I train with fighters?

Yes.

You will share the space with fighters and occasionally train alongside them during drills.

Training is structured so each session matches your level and progression.

Fighters help set the standard and create a focused training environment.
