What your training will look like?

You will work on:

  • Sparring (Muay Thai and Boxing)
  • Clinch with multiple partners
  • Conditioning, explosiveness, and recovery
  • Understanding scoring and fight rhythm

Will it be too hard?

Training at this level is intense.

You are expected to work hard, stay focused, and push your limits.

Every session is structured and guided, with a clear purpose behind the intensity.

The focus is performance and continuous improvement.

Most people in this level already have strong experience and training habits.

Will I train with fighters?

Yes.

You will train alongside active fighters and be part of a performance-focused environment.

This includes drills, clinch work, and controlled sparring.

Training remains structured, with clear supervision throughout.

For many, this is the closest experience to real fight preparation.

Daily structure

  • 2 sessions per day
  • Around 2 hours per session

Recovery is a key part of performance.

Full equipment required:

  • Gloves
  • Shin guards
  • Shorts
  • Hand wraps
  • Mouthguard
  • Groin guard
  • Skipping rope
  • Towel
